The Purdue All-American Marching Band is the primary source of auxiliary entertainment for Purdue University football games. AAMB has been the host band of the Indianapolis 500 race every year the race has been held since 1927, owns the worlds largest drum and with over 300 members is one of the world's largest marching bands.

Sponsors several outstanding Performing Arts Ensembles which consist of students and community members. The Performing Arts Ensembles include Black Voices of Inspiration (BVOI), Haraka Writers, Jahari Dance Troupe, and New Directional Players (NDP). In a workshop setting, artists-in-residence prepare each group for major performances.

Yue-Kong Pao Hall of Visual and Performing Arts
Purdue Galleries offer a variety of art forms and exhibits throughout the year. The Ringel and Stewart Galleries feature artwork from regional, national and international artists and the permanent collection. These exhibits rotate every 6 weeks through the school year. The Rueff Galleries present the works of students and faculty in the Department of Visual and Performing Arts and change every 1-3 weeks so there is always something new to enjoy. Participatory art and writing opportunities are presented regularly, as well as lectures by artists and historians. All Galleries exhibitions and events are free and open to the public.
